Over the past few months Dave has been my acting real estate agent.  He helped me sell my current home and buy my dream condo cabana.  During a difficult time in my life, Dave was there for me.  Guiding, answering all my questions, being patient and showing compassion that made me comfortable with all my decision makings.  He made sure I understood everything and made recommendations that would benefit me in both the selling and buying process.  Even though everything is completed he still takes the time to answer my questions.   I cannot thank him enough for everything he did and still does for me.  I would highly recommend Dave for all real estate needs!
